Founded in 2021, Deon Warner formed CSP to enter the development market in Houston and other surrounding neighborhoods in Texas. Being a real estate lawyer by trade, Deon's contacts and knowledge with real estate projects, finance and construction created opportunities to work with some of the best architects, developers and builders in the city. No slowing down in sight, Deon and the CSP Team are taking CSP to new heights.
Vice President - Operations
With a background in project management and vendor management, Tomira Eason quickly adapted to the development business. Applying her skills to CSP has added a professional and sophisticated face to our organization. She has impressed many as a forward thinker and excellent communicator. Tomira also spearheads most of our company's charitable out reach.
Managers
Along with Deon and Tomira, CSP is anchored by its team of managers: Melissa Walters, Brandy Brown, Paula McNair and Christine Dillon. Our management team has years of experience in real estate acquisition, rehab and resale. From spearheading campaigns to bring on new investors, to preparing research and development reports, our CSP managers have made a name for themselves as up and coming developers.
Starting with our first project on Coffee Street, we plan to grow into respected and community friendly residential developers in Houston and surrounding communities. We provide everything from development to sales, leasing and property management.
